What you can expect
In this eBook you will be guided through a 7-day introductory journey, with practices and guidelines, to begin (or deepen) your sacred transformational dreamwork, even if you don’t remember your dreams when you wake up! Upon registering, you should receive an email within a few minutes with the eBook to download. For each of the 7 days you will have prompts to journal for self-enquiry, dreamwork guidelines and an embodiment practice to ground the work. It also details what you will need for the journey, and how you can prepare before you begin.
Consider setting aside a week when you will have more space to dedicate to this process, even take it as a mini retreat time, to get the most out of it.
